Hello, I’m Karla Benitez, a passionate pastry chef based in Austin, Texas. My culinary journey began in Canada, where I had the incredible opportunity to study at Le CordonBleu, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world. It was there that I mastered the delicate arts of chocolatiering and creating handmade desserts, which quickly became my specialty and my passion.
